Mrs. Dorothea A. (Dixon) Sharrah, 63, of 200 N. Main St., Apt 802, Chambersburg, PA, died July 9, 2012 at her home.
She and her husband, Kenneth L. Sharrah, were married on April 22, 1971 in Brunswick, MD.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters: Tammy East, Elkins, Arkansas, Barbara Rickrode, Bangor, Maine; her son, K. David Sharrah, Jamestown, NY; and eight grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 12:00 P.M., Monday, July 16, 2012 in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad Street, Waynesboro, PA.
Burial will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at 2:30 P.M.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Lutheran Home Care and Hospice, 2700 Luther Drive, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
